Cool Stuff

Intro

Well it has been quite a while since I posted anything on here. So to make up for it I'm going to give you a lot of content to feast your eyes on in this post!

As many of you probably know, I took a trip up to Seattle a couple weeks back to shoot a wedding for a couple friends of mine, Aaron & Abby, that I met on my trip in June. This is the same couple that was featured in the Spontaneous Photo Shoot blog post.

I love driving and road trips so I decided to tackle the 32ish hour drive (each way) on my own. I must say that it was pretty awesome. I stopped a handful of times to take photos of the scenery along the way. I also drove from Park City, Utah to Dallas, Texas in one day (20 hour drive).

I listened to 2 audio books on my drive there and back. How To Win Friends & Influence People and Liespotting (I listened to this one twice). I also listened to a lot of music. And then I drove in silence for quite a bit. It was very relaxing and gave me a lot of time to think about life and such quite a bit.

Through a relatively intricate series of events (if you want to know details just ask me and I'll tell you) I have decided that I'm not going to be moving to Seattle after all. Though I love the PNW a lot, Dallas is my home. The short of it is I'm pretty well connected in Dallas and am apart of a few really awesome communities with some incredible people. I really don't want to leave those communities. Plus, knowing that each member of a community plays a valuable role in the life and growth of their respective communities, I feel like I would be doing my friends and communities a disservice by leaving them.

Now for the eye candy!
